• Placement Specialists have intimate knowledge of the composition/dynamics of our licensed homes and work to ensure good matching when searching for placement of a referred youth.

• Training Specialists provide foster parent pre-service training, continuing education trainings and specialized individual support.

• Recruitment Specialists promote awareness of the needs for foster homes through radio ads, events, social media, flyers, speaking engagements, etc.
